A deposit of $300.00 is required to hold a booking. A booking will not be firm until the deposit is received. The deposit will be refundable if a cancellation is made 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Refunds will not be made on deposits and/or rental fees if cancellation is made within 30 days of scheduled arrival date. In the event of a hurricane or airline strike we will honor the rescheduling of your booking at a later date within one year subject to availability of accommodation. There will be no refunds in this case. There are no refunds of deposits or rental fees for the high season of December - February, except  rescheduling in accordance to the hurricane and airline policy outlined above.
